Anemas Dungeons
It is one of the biggest palace complexes of the Byzantine era. Anemas Dungeons are a part of the Blahernai Palace, it was built adjecent to the old city walls, that are close to the Golden Horn ıIt consists of 14 cell rooms and a two storey basement under these rooms. It is the only underground dungeon surviving from the Byzantine era, it is unique with its historical and architectural characteristics.
